Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, South Bank Parklands, and Chinatown Mall are about a mile from the hotel. The Mount Cootha Lookout is five miles away.

Hotel amenities include the library, wine cellar, Berkley's on Ann Restaurant (Mediterranean and Asian cuisine), Berkley's Lounge, and Berkley's Bar.
