As you come from the Juan Santamaría Internacional airport, head north-west on the Pan-American Highway , after several miles exit at the Atenas-orotina-Jaco sign. Take a left and follow the mountain road. Once you arrive to Orotina follow the signs to Jaco, you will pass the Tarcoles river and Carara park ( famous for the large quantities of crocodiles that inhabit there ). Once in Jaco stay on the main road and continue onto Parrita, then Quepos. Once in Quepos downtown turn left past the small park and drive up the mountain about 4 kilometers towards the Manuel Antonio National Park. Before the road starts descending you will see the Barba Roja restaurant on your right, Cafe Milagro on your left, and the Hotel Parador sign, take a right on that road towards Punta Quepos and continue for 1.5 kilometers till the end of the road.
