"This hotel have a good side and really bad side. The good side of the hotel is in the Buffet beautiful the attention right away when you finish eating they remove your plates or if where drinking water, wine, pineapple, beer, they ask if you wanna some more before removing your cup, that a great point of view from the food side. Also this hotel have a beautiful beach and pools where you can have fun all day. And about the securities if also is great 24/7. Now the bad side of the beautiful hotel is the services. After checking-in into the hotel, the person who check me in told me the room was ready to move in, As soon I got into the room my mini bar drink was missing and also a small refrigerator they provide you with were missing. When I called to report the missing drinks and refrigerator they told they didn't have avalaibe at the time as soon they find one they will carried to my room. The time passed and no drinks or refrigerator showed up i have to go personal to speak with the hotel superviser so he could take action of the situation and he did that same day I got my drinks and refrigerator. Another thing of this hotel is the cleaning services suck, the cleaning services come to your room at the end of the day to fix your bed or to replace bathroom paper and towels. This hotel need to look forward to fix those issue, but from my side I wouldn't recommend this hotel to none of my friends or any people that have families for now it really. Well that my part of mine experience in oasis hamaca beach resort spa and casino. "

"Wow, I honestly wasn't expecting a hotel of this caliber, I really wish I had more time to stay. Concierge service was incredible, they kept a beverage in your hand and a smile on your face. Sunset was beautiful form the balcony, which was huge. I really liked the contemporary feel of of the room. We had dinner on the water which was a great way to end the trip. I really really wish I had more time at this resort."
