Art'otel Berlin Mitte is located at the Spree River, approximately eight miles from Tegel Airport and three miles from Potsdamer Platz. Built six years ago by Austrian architect Johanne Nalbach, Art'otel Berlin Mitte is surrounded by the Alexanderplatz, the Reichstag (German government), embassies, and public transportation. The Art'otel is close to the Nicolai quarter, Galerie Lafayette shopping center, Gendarmen Market, the Museum Island, and the Brandenburger Gate.

Hotel amenities include the art gallery, daily buffet breakfast, and glass-roofed atrium that links the modern hotel to a 17th-century patrician building, which houses the Ermelerhaus fine restaurant. Nearby is an arm of the Spree where the hotel has a boat with a summer restaurant. The hotel also offers valet laundry service and discounts to a nearby health club.

All rooms feature air-conditioning, wireless lan, minibars, hairdryers, and direct-dial telephones.
