Hotel amenities include the on-site restaurants Konig-Ludwig-Stube, Josefi Grill, and a hotel bar. Other facilities include a beauty/barber shop, an indoor heated pool, a heath club with sauna, steambath, solarium and whirlpool, tennis, and a beauty farm offering spa treatments. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, laundry and valet service and room service.

Room amenities include an AM/FM alarm clocks, hairdryers, iron/ironing boards, minibars, data ports, televisions with cable, and voicemail.
