Dusty from Republic, MO had this to say:
"I loved my vacation! The hotel and the grounds were beautiful, the food and service was excellent. They do not supply bottled water as part of the all inclusive deal and I wish that they did, but everything else was wonderful. "

Valerie from Stratford, NJ had this to say:
"We go to this hotel every January. Last time, I paid more for an 'ocaen view' room and got stuck with looking at the parking lot. The one major complaint I have about this hotel is that they stall you from checking in so that they can give you your 'timeshare talk'. We were familiar with this game and just asked to be let into our room and they kept telling us it wasnt ready yet and it was almost 5pm so we lost a whole beach day!"

A Recent Traveler from Miami, FL had this to say:
"We went to Cancun for a quick getaway without realizing spring break had already begun! I must admit - this is spring break headquarters! Even with that - I think this was the BEST vacation we've ever had! The entertainment staff is the FRIENDLIEST staff we have ever encountered! The food isn't all that great, but its eatable! The drinks are watered down at times, but they do the trick! Even though it was spring break, security did a great job at making sure that the noise level was brought down at night. The housekeeping staff did a phenomenal job at cleaning up after all the crazy students. All in all we would most definitely go back!!! GREAT TIME & GREAT PRICE!!!"

serena from Oakland city, In had this to say:
"we went here in Oct 2008. For the money it was worth every penny we spent. We have stayed at other resorts over the years 9 years we have been coming to Cancun. We have stayed at some of the top resorts here it is all in what you want to spend. Oasis was the over all the cheaper way to go. We were able to go out more to eat or shop. The rooms are ok and so is the food. The tennis courts and instructors were great. The pool is wonderful and the beach was great. Be aware of the time share sale. Just tell them you are not interested."

Amanda from St. Louis, MO had this to say:
"The Oasis Cancun is a spring breakers wet dream. Honestly, this hotel was always packed with the most spring breakers. People came to this resort from other resorts and bought expensive day passes just to be there where all the action was. You do whatever you want, when you want. For a spring break experience I would never go anywhere but here. However, the staff is clueless and will try to scam you in any way. There are 3 buildings and the main one is where you want to be. We were put 3 buildings down from the boys (half the group we came with) But as long as your careful and know what you're getting into you'll be fine. They take everything valuable and nice out of the room for spring break time, so that really is bull because they make you pay a non refundable fee in the beginning in case u break something. We came home one night to find our ceiling pouring with water, but we called the guys to fix it and we didnt really care bc we were drunk & it was like 3 am.The food isnt amazing & the water is really high priced. Its really hard to get a drink at the bars. And when you get them they are completely watered down. But it was spring break... and it definetely is like what you see on mtv, the pool has no walking room and the bar is packed. Its an amazing experience. DONT GO WITH A STUDENT COMPANY!!! THEY ARE RIPPING YOU OFF! I did that and paid double what i should have to stay here. Go across the street behind the liquor store to the Student City tent and buy an armband and agenda for $100 it will ensure you a good time. Buy water and extra liquor at the liquor store its WAY cheaper. Definetely go here for spring break ONLY, but family vacation or honey moon DEFINETELY NOT!! "

Mike from Edmonton, Canada had this to say:
"It's an awesome place to be. My wife, 3 kids aged 18,17 & 14 went there over new years, the rooms are not the best but understand that you get what you pay for. The staff is really friendly and the food was pretty good & plentiful. If you want the best of the best & money is no problem, then dont go here, but for the average family, this place is pretty darn good for a decent 'all inclusive' price. We recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away from the freezing cold for a week."

charisse harrington from surrey , Canada had this to say:
"Overall the Resort is very nice but had a real moldish smell, I think the resort had just opened up after the storm, but it was no big deal, we all had fun and the beach was way nicer then the other 2 resorts we stayed at, I nwould go back to this resort. The staff were freindly and you are close to everything. Any where in a cab is like 5 mins away. "

"my husband and i went in dec 2007. we had an awesome time. i accidently left our check in paperwork at home, but the staff was informative as to what we had to do and we didn't wait any longer checking in than anyone else. the grounds, pools, food, room and staff was all good. the only thing...they could use more elevators. we just book the same package and date for this christmas. i can't wait."

joe from Plano, Tx had this to say:
"This is a place to go only if your there to get drunk, and to eat so, so food. The rooms are very small, and the beds are horrible. Some of the resorts next to the oasis were awesome. this is a 3 star resort. 4-5 star resorts are for couples who want it all. I did make the best of this trip with my wife, but will never return back to it unless they put out an awesome deal with flight. It would have to be a killer deal..."

Charlotte from Pittsburg, California had this to say:
" We checked in and was sent to a room that was occupied by a couple in bed. The people at the desk didn't believe us at first. The next room didn't have keys and we had to call housekeeping when we wanted into the room. If you adjust the air the room floods so don't leave things on the floor. Take shampoo, conditioner I think what they provide is dishsoap. Room never was cleaned, we found a housekeeper for towels. The minibar is $34.00 no refund for not using it so best not to order it. Buy water across the street for $1 the hotel charges $8 per bottle, water isn't included. Some staff in the resturaunt were nice and the food was great. Bed is comfortable and grounds beautiful. Pool closed @ 6:00PM and most of the bars at 5:00pm. Mabe different in high season? Won't ever go back it was a miserable vacation. Couldn't wait to leave. Beware of hidden charges in Spanish. Be sure you question them. Better yet stay at a different hotel."

Barbara from Santa, California had this to say:
"I just returned from a week long stay at the Oasis Cancun. I was happily surprised by the quality of the food and the friendliness of the hotel staff. The hotel has great access to the beach an a public bus stop in front of the hotel which came in handy. The majority of the hotel staff was a lot of fun. The towel boys by the pool were very nice and joked with my family and I. Our waiters at the hotels restaurants went out of their way to entertain and serve us. One waiter, named Felix, told us his name and then meowed, and continued to meow through out the dinner and say "here kitty. kitty". We also had a superb waiter at the Mexican resturant named Gildo who performed magic tricks for my family and gave us a free shot of a honey liquor."
