"This resort is fantastic! Very classy, they are very accommodating. Whatever you need, they are there. The people in the lobby area are so accommodating, we became good friends with many of them, ask and you shall receive! The rooms are awesome!!!!! The maid service was fantastic, the towels looking like animals left on the bed with chocolates, in the pool area the pool concierge was so wonderful (paco), He met our every need. Every morning the music around the pool was spa like, so relaxing, and when the afternoon came along, they asked everyone what kind of music they prefered, so we all were satisfied. Where else can you go where you're lounging at the pool and offered ice cold towels to cool you off and free 5 minute massages every day! The pools are great. There are two,one is heated (too warm for me ), the other is much cooler(very refreshing). The pool bar waiters are fantastic, very friendly, especially Gilberto, and the food is great, especially the fish tacos !!!! The location can't be better, two blocks and you're in town! I felt very safe and loved being there, can't wait to go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
