Hotel Finisterra is located at the tip of the Baja peninsula in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, approximately 35 minutes form the International Airport (SJD), with the Sea of Cortes to the East and the Pacific Ocean to the West. Perched on a hill overlooking the town of Cabo San Lucas, the hotel offers incredible views, 283 rooms and suites, a secluded 7 acre private beach, and a critically acclaimed restaurant, among it's many facilities.

The location of the Hotel Finisterra offers incredible views complemented by a feeling of seclusion, but also provides easy access to the center of Cabo San Lucas town. The main hotel offers tastefully appointed rooms and suites with your choice of Pacific Ocean or Bay views. And right on the secluded private beach you'll find the spectacular Palapa Beach Club with inviting rooms and suites, a lavish pool in 3 tiers and more, all in an exquisite natural setting. You'll also enjoy the Whale Watcher Bar, the critically acclaimed Blue Marlin restaurant, a boutique, gymnasium, massages and seven acres of private beach. You're just a short distance from the famous El Arco rock formation and walking distance from downtown Cabo san Lucas and the Marina. So come and discover the natural beauty and undeniable magic of Mexico at Hotel Finisterra.

The resort is divided into two sections, totaling 283 ocean, marina and garden view rooms overlooking the Sea of Cortez or the Pacific Ocean.
The Finisterra Section original buildings rest on elaborate stone foundations surrounded by boulders, and the multi story Palapa Beach Club Towers have a contemporary design and overlook the pool complex and Pacific beach. Waterfalls cascade over the rock cliff between the two sections, and an aerial walkway from the tower's seventh floor connects the two.

Each room offers comfort and many amenities including a color television, air conditioning, and private balconies featuring wonderful views.
Upon arrival, you'll also receive a complimentary welcome cocktail.

Wireless internet service is available in restaurants, pool bar and the Blue Marlin, besides the business center which is opne form 7am to 9pm daily.Many activities including tours, golf and water sports are available at Hotel Finisterra or in Los Cabos. "This hotel was great aside from the festive bedding! I have no complaints. My boyfriend I were greeted by the warm and friendly staff and suprised with a complimentary bottle of wine at the restaurant. Had no problems with the missing items from our room. The food by the bar was even nice. Beautiful views of the ocean, even got to see some whales! The hammocks were a nice touch. The walk down the hill isn't bad but not recommended for handicap or the elderly, but the hotel does offer a shuttle down it! :) The location is perfect! A five minute walk to the marina and 15 minutes to restaurants, shopping, and activities. I loved it and plan to book with them again in the future!"
