The hotel is south of midtown Salalah, along Oman's crystal blue coast, eight miles from the Salalah Museum, 10 miles from the Gold Souq and the Frankincense Route, eight miles from Wadi Darbat and the beaches of Taqah, and 40 miles from the Queen of Sheba's Palace.

Hotel amenities include the beach, fitness room, swimming pool, and tennis court. Al Maha has all-day dining, Mayfair Bar has the ambience of an authentic English pub, and live bands play nightly at Whispers Nightclub. The Palm Grove serves an eclectic mix of contemporary Asian, Mediterranean, and Indian cuisines. Room Service is available 24 hours a day.
