Should the island of St. Lucia experience a hurricane*, Coconut Bay Resort & Spa will guarantee that guests holding confirmed and fully deposited reservations within the non-refundable deposit window and unable to travel to the resort due to a hurricane closing the St. Lucia airport or Coconut Bay Resort & Spa, will be given the option of a full refund or a rescheduling of their vacation.
The rescheduled dates must fall within one calendar year. Reservations for comparable accommodations will be made on a space available basis. Blackout dates will apply.
