This exotic, African themed and influenced restaurant serves extraordinary food complimented by the friendliest kitchen staff I have seen on or off property. **Please note: the food served at Boma's really isn't for the faint of heart - this restaurant requires a certain amount of adventure and willingness to try new things! I for one did not find anything on the buffet that I wouldn't at least taste.... As for the show kitchen, take the chance to chat with the chefs! One can see everything going on in the kitchen and the Head Chef is very friendly - routinely coming out and visiting individual tables and surprising a table here and there with some extra special dish or dessert.
