"Great location, room was clean, however apparently housekeeping has problems with their records. An attempt to charge $10 for (2) Fiji waters was made. They were untouched. I had to correct that with the front desk. A charge for $16 was made to my credit card for (2) towels days after my departure from South Beach. They were left on the bathroom floor. So now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card. I also had a problem with reservations. I called the hotel 24 hrs. upon my arrival to add an additional night. When I got there, they had no record of it. Once it was added, the lady at the front desk called our room when we had one more night left to stay and told us we had to bring the keys down and get out. I had to talk to management to straighten it out. It was obvious everyone was not on the same page. There are a ton of other places to stay and I will be choosing another place upon future arrivals. Another thing to note is they have an automatic 18% gratuity added to your food bill if you decide to eat there."
