Restaurants Details Café Giovanni, a five-star restaurant (Tom Fitzmorris), located in the Historic French Quarter at 117 Decatur between Iberville and Canal. New Orleans-born, gregarious, award-wining Chef Duke LoCicero could well be called the impresario of New World Italian cuisine. Accented with Asian and New Orleanian spices, the menu picks up tastes from around the world, like the Oysters Giovanni, Eggplant LoCicero, and the Pasta Gambino. The restaurant also offers the Chef Duke "feed me": a five to seven course meal with appetizer size portions of menu favorites and new specials. A new addition to the restaurant is a romantic enclosed courtyard.
