"I went to The Cheesecake Factory in The Palisades Mall in NY. We were told that we would be seated in 10 to 20 minutes. After 15 minutes were were called to be seated, however since my companion was in the bathroom we could not be seated. I was told that we had 5 minutes for my companion to show up or we would have to wait until a table for two was free. When I asked why, I was told that's there policy. We left and went to Legal Seafood where it is ok to go to the bathroom and still be seated. "
