Chef Christopher Lanter presents true flavors of the French countryside. Guest favorites include Ossobucco in Marsala Sauce, Grilled Tenderloin of Pork, Colorado Rack of Lamb and Vegetarian entrees such as Couscous with Harissa Sauce. Lanter's non-piercing rotisserie is gaining raves for offerings of Crispy Duck and Volaille du jour.

"As good an upscale restaurant as you will find in Aspen. Food and atmosphere are terrific, although the kitchen can get a bit slow at times. Ample variety of meat (osso buco is a must), fish (love the halibut), and poultry dishes & save room for dessert-apple crisp is a killer. Wine list is extensive with a very knowledgeable and helpful sommenlier. Go there, but don't tell your friends, otherwise it will get too crowdy for us regulars. "
