"Auntie Mary's potstickers are to die for! I wish I could have some shipped to Vermont. This restaurant is a must for lunch or dinner. Good music on Saturday nights too, very often with John Kaewe. You will not be disappointed."

"Oh my GOD! We LOVED this place! It was a random decision to stop in as we drove by this little town. The food was amazing! Local produce was incorportated-tender fern shoots in the salad-amazing local beef! My daughter accidentally left her purse there so we HAD to return the next night!HOORAY! It was a long drive from Hanalei Bay where we were staying-but worth it! We always joke when asked where we want to eat for our birthdays-Bamboo! Make sure you go We heard the chef talking to the staff about the next day's menu which seemed to hinge on the daily trip to the market! Call for reservations-we were simply lucky it was late when we arrived-! "

"There are days when I think about my first bite of "Shrimp Curry" (a special)at the Bamboo Cafe. It was one savory additing bite after another. When I inquired about the recipe I was told that they just threw it together. What an incredible chef... I would love to stay for a month, just to taste the wonderful fare of the Bamboo!!"
