Chandler Municipal Airport is five miles away. This location is also within walking distance to shopping and restaurant dining, three miles from Chandler Fashion Mall, 15 miles from Rawhide Western Town and Wild Horse Pass Casino, 19 miles from Phoenix Municipal Stadium, 25 miles from Diamondbacks baseball and Phoenix Suns basketball, and 40 miles from Phoenix International Raceway.

Hotel amenities include the 18-hole USGA Golf Course & Driving Range, clubhouse, tennis courts, courtyard fountains, 24-hour health and fitness center, beauty salon, gift shop, outdoor swimming pool, Starbucks (with high-speed Internet access), AJ's Cafe (casual dining), Mulligan's Restaurant & Lounge (with golf course views), and 1912 Sports Lounge, located next to the pool.
