This location is also two miles from Wrigley Mansion, three miles from Squaw Peak, four miles from the Heard Museum, and five miles from the Phoenix Art Museum, Phoenix Museum of Science, America West Arena, BankOne Ballpark, Sun Devil Stadium, and Scottsdale.

Hotel amenities include the outdoor heated pool and spa tub, fitness room, atrium lobby (with cascading waterfalls and koi ponds), restaurant, and complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast. Beverages and snacks are served nightly at the Manager's Reception.
