The units can be rented together as a six bedroom house accommodating up to 12 people, or separately as an upper or lower three bedroom unit. Aspen Mountain provides a breathtaking view from the large picture windows on the south wall of the units.
On each floor, the unusually spacious living/dining area is enhanced by a large fireplace and an adjoining open kitchen area with ample counter space and bar stool seating. The duplex as a whole is ideal for large groups, while the individual units are ideal for families up to six. The heart of Aspen is only minutes away, and all four ski areas are accessible by bus, which stops a block from the house.

From Aspen Airport
From Aspen Airport turn right on Highway 82 (West) and drive into Aspen. After an “S” curve Highway 82 becomes Main St. Take a right at the first set of lights in town onto South Aspen St. Drive four blocks then take a left on Durant Avenue. Drive another three blocks, and take a right on Galena St. The office is located on the right under an arch with three flags on it.

Check–in: At 747 S. Galena St. at the Fasching Haus. Office is open 8 AM-8PM daily, November- April and June-August, and 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday during slower times. If the office is not open, a map on the front door will direct you to the late arrival packets. If you should need assistance call (970) 925-2260 and a message will inform you of the cell phone number of the on-duty resident manager.
