These condominiums are located within walking distance to the base area lifts, shopping and dining in town center and the free shuttle service. Crested Butte is one of the most desirable locales in the world in which to spend your vacation. Alpine Condominiums will make your Colorado experience even more enjoyable!

These condominiums offers two bedrooms and two baths and will sleep up to six adults. Each unit features a private balcony or deck and a electric or gas fireplace. Crested Butte has alot to offer everyone no matter what the season of travel is. Guest can put their skis on and hit the slopes in the Winter or they can put on their hiking shoes and the trails in the Summer.     Take I-70 W Towards Idaho Spgs/Grand Jct. Merge onto CO-470 E via exit number 260 toward Colorado Spgs. Merge onto US-285 S toward Fairplay. Turn Right onto US-50. Turn Right onto N Main St./ CO-135. Continue to follow CO-135 into Crested Butte.

    Check-in Location for Black Bear Lodge Condominiums is at the Three Seasons Condominiums in Mt Crested Butte. Located about 4 miles from the town of Crested Butte and 9/10 mile from the “welcome to Mt. Crested Butte” sign. We’re on your left on the corner of Gothic Rd and Marcellina Lane. The address is 701 Gothic Road. Our front desk check-in is located inside, on the south side of the building and near the indoor pool. After Hours Check-in: Using the courtesy phone next to the front desk, dial *010 (star 010) and you will receive information on obtaining a key and directions to your accommodations.
