The main floor features an open-plan living room with gas fireplace, dining room, breakfast bar, and fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floor.

This unit also has an up-to-date entertainment system with a TV, DVD player and CD system with additional speakers hooked up for enhanced sound quality. Wireless Internet access is a bonus feature. We are located 99 miles from the Denver International Airport. I-70 West to exit 232. Turn right (North) on Hwy 40. Proceed on Hwy 40 to Winter Park. Highway 40 will become the main street of downtown Winter Park.

Check-In Location:
Vacations Inc/CMC office is located at 78415 US Highway 40 This is our main office location in the Park Place Shopping Center. The office is located at the intersection of Highway 40 and Hi Country Drive. Please call for after hours late check-in instructions. Important Policy Note: All guests are required to provide a major credit card at the time of check-in.
