Ideally located just 1½ miles from the Ski Area on the free shuttle route, and just a 5 minute walk to the main downtown shopping and restaurant area of Cooper Creek Square, Beaver Village Condominiums epitomizes comfort and convenience. Across the highway from the popular winter activities of snowmobiling and sleigh rides, Beaver Condos are the last pick-up in town on the way up to the Winter Park Resort, just a 5-minute ride away.

The spacious two-bedroom units occupy 913 square feet of living space and offer a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, TV and DVD player, wireless internet access, and private covered balcony. A queen-sized bed occupies the master bedroom, with two twins in the second, and two full bathrooms. A central clubhouse provides guests with a heated indoor pool, 3 hot-tubs, sauna and laundry.

Beaver Condos are truly “family-friendly” and make an excellent choice for those wanting to be close to the downtown activities, a quick transfer to the ski area, and for a very affordable price.
