This exclusive mountain home, newly constructed in 2002 is ski-in/ski-out from the base of the Snowflake Lift. The home is a total 4000 square feet and includes a loft for additional living space.

On the garden level there is a spacious and comfortable family room with wet bar and moss rock fireplace. The main level includes additional fireplace, massive great room, gourmet kitchen, laundry room, and mud room with plenty of space for all ski equipment. Deck with private hot tub is located practically on top of the ski run.

    Directions from Denver:
    1) Take I-70 West 90 miles to Exit #203 (CO-9 Frisco/Breckenridge).
    2) Head South on Hwy 9 for nine miles.
    3) As you enter Breckenridge veer to the Right lane at the round-a-bout to continue on Highway 9.
    4) Continue through the stoplight at the intersection of Ski Hill Road.
    5) Take a Right at 4 O'Clock Rd.
    6) Take a Left on Kings Crown Rd.
    7) Blue Sky will be on your right hand side.
