Sundial Townhomes sit beside the Gore Creek facing South with some of the best mountain views you can get in East Vail. Bright, sunny and spacious is a great way to describe this home. The home is multi-level with vaulted ceilings in the living room. There are two bedrooms and 2 ¾ baths with a loft area over the living room which acts as a 3rd bedroom. The entry level includes a bed and bath as well a laundry area with a full size washer/dryer. The second level includes a small fully equipped kitchen, dining area and open living room space. The living room opens onto a good sized deck where you can sit and enjoy the sun and listen to the creek while being surrounded by beautiful mountain vistas.
The third level includes a master bed and bath. The loft is up the stairs and the last bath area with a private sauna is located on the top floor. This is a lovely home for you to unwind in. The bedding includes a queen in the master, queen in the second, and a staggered bunk bed in the loft. A staggered bunk bed has a double on the bottom and twin on top.
The free Town of Vail shuttle is located down the street from the complex. The bus runs every fifteen minutes during the day, every half hour at night from 6AM until 2AM.
