Near Vail Village, Just Steps From Gore Creek. Vacation Home With Panoramic View Of Mountain Ranges.

This brand new home, is quite exceptional. Sitting a few feet back from the Gore Creek and with Mountain ranges providing a 360 degree panoramic view, this home is mountain living at its best. 5.5 miles East of Vail Village the free Valley bus service can be utilized although the bus stop is a 5 minute walk away.

The house has a 2 car garage leading into a mud room as an access point. The downstairs den has a pullout couch and 3 of the 4 bedrooms are also located downstairs. You can walk out of the den onto a heated paved patio with a sunken hot tub a few feet back from the river.

The expansive great room on the main level is an open plan design with cathedral ceilings and huge windows to maximise the effects of the amazing views. A large rock fireplace adds to the comfort of the room whilst the granite countered kitchen and breakfast bar keeps the cook happy ! Visa, Master Card and American Express are gladly accepted
