Located along the banks of the Potomac River, Nixon's favorite Watergate Hotel is six blocks from Georgetown and approximately 30 miles from Dulles International Airport. Ronald Reagan National Airport is four miles from the hotel. This location is also a block from the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, half a mile from the Lincoln Memorial, one mile from the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and Dupont Circle, and two miles from the White House.

Hotel amenities include the Zahira beauty salon, complimentary exercise facility, and 10,000 square feet of flexible conference space. Executive Chef Christophe Poteaux brings his French Culinary Institute training to Aquarelle restaurant.
