PLEASE NOTE: The Ocean Shore Resort is located in one of the most popular Spring Break sections of the beach. From the last week of February through April the city hosts College Spring Break. The property prefers college aged guests during this time. Each person in the room must present ID and be at least 20 years of age. The hotel also requires a $100.00 security deposit per person, to be paid in cash upon arrival and refunded at checkout pending a room inspection by the management.
