This home offers a touch of home and a splash of coast, with a large, wraparound porch, picket fence, and wonderful landscaping. Stretch out in the open living area, or catch the afternoon breezes on your large screened back porch. The first floor also includes a large bedroom; and the second-floor features a master suite includes a master bath Jacuzzi; and a third-bedroom loft.
There’s MOOR - Tons of parking, a large backyard, private pool, and a hot/cold outdoor shower! Two blocks from beach. Amenities: Pool (8x16 splash pool 4' deep), 4 TVs, 3 DVDs and 1 Stereo System. Pool can be heated for $25/day in spring or $300/week in fall/winter (not available for monthly stays). CD stereo.
For all stays there will be a $55 + tax Damage Waiver Fee and cleaning fee charged (1 to 3 night reservations only) separately by the managment company.
