Resort is located just a short stroll away from the Gulf Beaches. Located in the center of Florida's fantastic Emerald Coast, amid the sugar white beaches and the crystal blue-green waters. Nestled amongst the 18-hole Seascape golf course you are sure to escape the noise and tensions of every day life. Step off your back patio onto the golf course or take a short stroll to the emerald green waters of the gulf. At Golf Villas, it's easy to escape, relax and stay. Daily beach service of 2 Beach Chairs/1 Umbrella per reservation are limited but not guaranteed.

At Golf Villas, 1,2 & 3 bedroom villas are available with fully equipped kitchens to accommodate your every need. Take a swim in any one of the five pools available for your enjoyment, book a tee-time or schedule some tennis lessons on one of the eight lighted courts. For meetings, conferences, banquets and special events of all sizes, the Seascape Conference Center can accommodate groups up to 500 guests. Seascape is sure to have something for everyone.
The Seascape golf course will surpass your expectations with 18 lush contoured fairways and immaculate greens winding through the Resort's lush forests and around its tranquil lakes. The course is situated among a series of fresh water and coastal dune lakes and features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from many holes. Fifteen of the eighteen holes have water features.
Guests of Seascape are also invited to play our Emerald Bay Golf Club 18-hole course located just two miles west of Seascape on the north side of Emerald Coast Parkway.
