Offering views of the Gulf of Mexico, The Terrace at Pelican beach is located at the Resorts of Pelican Beach complex in the heart of the Destin resort area and only a boardwalk stroll to the beach. Guests at The Terrace at Pelican Beach have many options for fun without ever leaving the property. These comfortable yet elegant condominiums enjoy a prime Destin location overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Located at the heart of the Destin resort area, The Terrace at Pelican Beach offers views of the Gulf of Mexico, lake, fountains, Destin Harbor, and the twinkling lights of the ``World`s Luckiest Fishing Village.`` It is within walking or a short driving distance of Destin`s popular tourist attractions, family and fine dining, exciting nightlife and unique shopping experiences.
The Terrace at Pelican Beach offers a host of amenities and an attractive selection of accommodations. The one and two-bedroom condominiums are all fully equipped with all the comforts and amenities of home including a full kitchen. Washer/dryers are available in the two-bedroom units only.

Guests of the Terrace at Pelican Beach can use amenities at The Terrace and at the Pelican Beach Resort and Conference Center. There are three pools, including an indoor pool After a swim, guests can indulge at the poolside deli, at the beachfront bar or just relax in one of the property's two spas. There are also fitness centers located at The Terrace and at Pelican Beach Resort, and families will appreciate the kiddie pool, tennis courts and game room. For large groups or special occasions, there are spacious meeting and conference room facilities available. There is also a seasonal cafe and Tiki bar, and seasonal tram service.

The resort`s ideal location gives guests the convenience of being only moments away from Destin’s renowned beaches, restaurants and shops.

Singles under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Restrictions apply during Spring Break and holiday periods.
Check-in begins at 4 p.m. but is not guaranteed until 6 p.m.
