The Beach House Hotel is a boutique hotel located north of Miami Beach in Surfside, on 200 feet of private beach, and approximately 20 miles from Miami International Airport. The Beach House was inspired by the great beach homes of Nantucket, coastal Maine, and the Hamptons. Located on Collins Avenue, the hotel is less than two blocks south of the world-renowned Bal Harbour Shops. Guests can stroll along Surfside's thoroughfare for additional shopping and dining options. This location also offers easy access to the South Beach scene and Lincoln Road.

Hotel amenities include a heated outdoor swimming pool, poolside patio, poolside bar, fitness center, and the Atlantic Restaurant's views of the beach and pool area. Only a limited number of hotel locations in south Florida can honestly claim to be on the ocean with a private beach. From Beach House's tropical sundeck and pool, guests can walk directly to the beach. Guests can also schedule a massage, facial, or therapeutic spa treatment on site. The hotel also offers valet laundry service, concierge assistance, free public high-speed wireless access, and business center services.
