R Kainth from Brampton, Ontario had this to say:
"Just came back from there and I have to say, it was a good place to stay for the value . The resort has great views and staff were very friendly. I had a good time there but there were only a few things that disappointed me. Wireless internet is not available in the rooms. The only place to find wireless internet was in the club house and probably in the restaurants. I stayed in building 37 which was the closet to the clubhouse and still there was no signal! Squeaking bedroom door hinges ( disturbing at night), salty and only 6 feet deep pool and making sure you have all the towels were some of the other things that were disappointing.
probably the worst thing came at check-out time. you are suppose to tell them you are going to checkout ( as told to me by the staff) and they will send someone over who is on duty 24/7 to check the apartment to make sure nothing is damaged. Well it turns out there was no one there to check the apartment and was told ( after we called back 30min after) that the guy doesn't come every day and that we will get our deposit back within 3 days ( paid deposit by visa). I'm not sure what they do if you gave cash
the 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa had enough space for 6 adults, could fit another onto the couch if you would like to. and as the other reviewer suggested, locate the hotel during the day else it would be difficult to find unless you have a GPS. the place has 4 pools but they close too early.
just book with this site and you are all set, all you need to do is just put in the deposit once you get there and you are done.
and just to put in some out of context stuff.....bring your own water or buy when you are Disneyland. Their water from the drinking fountains contain extremely high levels of minerals ( i think iron) which leaves a bad taste behind. Orlando Studios = water that suppose to taste like water!"

Kristin Barnes from Southport, Florida had this to say:
"My husband and I went to Orlando last week for vacation. We stayed at Bahama Bay Resort and Spa, and I must say, it was absolutely gorgeous. It is much more beautiful than in the pictures. The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous when checking us in. The condo we stayed in was 703 and it was wonderful as well. It was very clean, we had plenty of towels, and we had a great view of the water and sand. We didn’t get to utilize the pool due to the hours, which was disappointing. The first night we were there, we ate at Tradewinds. I do have to say, we had horrible service there! It took 15 minutes for us to get our drinks, and then another 15 minutes for refills on our drinks. Other than that, we had a fantastic vacation!"

Diva K from Jacksonville, FL had this to say:
"After MUCH, AND I DO MEAN MUCH research and time and planning my friends and i decided to stay here for our Ladies Weekend. I have to say that i was weary at first, but it ended up being a GREAT deal for the money. It was kind of far (PLEASE LOCATE HOTEL DURING THE DAY!!!) but there are lots of things close by to get into. Also make sure you cal ahead of time to check the reservation ( the forgot to upgrade us according to our booking details) Other than that, it was 6 of us and we had MORE than enough room. We cooked, enjoyed the Karaoke, swam, took pictures, and had a WONDERFUL getaway. We are already planning our next trip here next year..."

Kim from Jacksonville, Florida had this to say:
"The villas are nice, roomy and comfortable. I highly suggest that guests who reserve a villa online read EVERYTHING listed on the confirmation. I unfortunately missed the cleaning fee listed. When we checked in, they informed me about the $200 hold they would put on my account in case of incidentals which after reading the reviews, I was expecting BUT without mentioning anything else, the front office person charged the $65 cleaning fee which I wasn't expecting. So again, please read everything so you don't have anything unexpected happen"

Leanna from Appleton, WI had this to say:
"We stayed in a 3 bedroom upper unit. Very spacious. Pool was very clean and warm. Room description says that there is internet in units, but internet is only available at the clubhouse and restaurant. Furniture was comfortable, but could use some updating. Don't forget to bring your own dishwashing soap and toilet paper; they are not supplied. Great location. If you are on the upper floors, there are no elevators."
