"This place is huge. It was very clean and quiet. We stayed in a three bedroom. It was perfect. I knew about the cleaning fee so it was not a surprise. We plan on returning."

Jeanne from Rochester, NY had this to say:
"We stayed in the 2 bedroom. It was clean, very spacious, 3 televisions, great kitchen, quiet area, screened porch and washer/dyer. Awesome. Publix and Target are right down the street, along with some good chain restaurants - great for older kids. Pool is clean and new, along with steam room and sauna. No slides or entertainment - but we spent the days at Universal and Disney. We would definitely recommend to anyone that just wants a home away from home."

A Recent Traveler from Ft Lauderdale, FL had this to say:
"This is my 4th trip to Orlando in recent years and therefore I'm quite familiar with the area. Since I would be traveling with two small children, I wanted a place that would have the amenities that a house would. Caribe Cove was as pictured, very nice, spacious and clean. You do have to bring your own things such as laundry detergent, dish washing liquid etc, but I had expected and known this. Other reviewers mentions that the front desk was rude, the clerk when we checked-In was very friendly, the one when we checked out wasn't rude, but nor was she friendly. Beware, this place charges a $65 cleaning, no matter how many days you stay. Other similar places only charge if you stay less than 3 days. Though I wasn't charged it, the clerk mentioned that they also started charging a resort fee, though I'm not sure why they would consider this a 'resort' since the only thing I saw was a small pool. Overall this place is nice, but I would recommend trying a place that doesn't charge a cleaning fee or a resort fee."

Lisa L. from Owosso, MI, MI had this to say:
"My family of 5 stayed at Caribe Cove from 4/19/09-4/24/09. We had a 2 bedroom villa and it was roomy enough. The rooms were clean and it was nice to have all of the amenities of home. The area is peaceful and serene so you don't have traffic noise. However, the beds were slightly uncomfortable and the pool area is only open from sun up to sun down so you don't get to enjoy it much if you go to any of the parks. My kids were disappointed that there were no tennis or basketball courts. They did enjoy the DVD rentals and the complimentary cookies in the lobby (you have to ask though- they don't tell you that they are complimentary). We got a great deal on Bookit and would probably stay again for a similar price. I would not recommend it to a family looking for all of the 'bells and whistles' though. Nothing to do for the little ones. Overall it was a pleasant experience."

Patrick from Ft. Myers, Florida had this to say:
"We had two three bedroom units rented for eight days from 3/14/09 to 3/22/09. Both units were spacious, clean and very well equipped. There is a Publix supermarket within 1.5 miles, and a Super Walmart and a Target within 4 miles (opposite directions). Traffic on Route 192 can be very bad in peak times. If you need a lot of room and are staying for a while, this is a good choice. When checking out our security deposit of $200 was refunded, no questions asked. On arrival we conducted a detailed inventory of the units and provided a copy to the front desk personnel. "

Mary from Minneapolis, MN had this to say:
"After extensive research, I chose Caribe Cove for my husband and myself, a winter escape from the snow to the Orlando area and the Disney parks. I was not disappointed in a single aspect of this lovely resort. I called ahead and spoke with the friendly desk staff, to make sure I knew what to expect we might need pnce we arrived. I also requested an upper unit with a nice view, and we were rewarded with a villa that looked over the conservation area and was incredibly peaceful and quiet. Although we had brought most everything we needed, I was pleasantly surprised to see small packages of the things one might need - laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and so on in the gift shop in the Clubhouse. Our unit was impeccably clean, everything worked, we couldn't have been more comfortable. It was sheer pleasure returning to our 'home' after a long day at Disney. Highly recommended!"

Shaun& Tina from Wellesley, Mass had this to say:
"We stayed at the Caribe Cove over Christmas this year to the new year. We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo. Block 4 room 204. The place was so clean and tidy. From the great kitchen and laundry room ,to the spacious rooms. It was so nice to be able to sit out and have breakfast and dinner in such loverly surroundings. The grounds where so well kept and the people where so polite. It really had everything you would want for the perfect vacation. Disney was 15 mins away, restaurants shops 5-10 min.the nice thing with the Caribe Cove is that it is just far enough away from everything, that you can relax and have some peace and quiet. We will be back this year and looking forward to it. Thankyou to all the staff for making a great vacation for us."

B from Upstate, NY had this to say:
"Upon arrival, we had to wait a bit before our villa was ready. We weren't invited to use the pool and were told we could after I asked. We decided to get something to eat while we waited so we asked for a recommendation and were told to get back on the highway and look for ourselves. This was Thanksgiving day and we were hoping to get a nice turkey dinner, but being tired after a day of travel we ended up at a buffet restaraunt. When we returned to check in, we were handed a set of key cards and not even given directions as to which building we were in. Our first impression wasn't overly positive, but I must say that upon opening the door to our 3 bdrm villa we were impressed by the appearance and the amenities that were offered. With 6 of us, the washer was a huge bonus and having a full kitchen saved us so much on eating out. We were not able to get much cooperation from the desk staff. We asked for directions to both Cocoa Beach and Daytona and possible good places to see while we were there. Both times the woman said that beaches weren't her thing and that we would have to follow the road signs to get there. The one friendly lady at the desk was Elizabeth, but unfortunately we only saw her twice in our 10 day stay. As for the pool, it is not heated, but was a nice spot to relax. We would go again only because we appreciated being away from the highway and the comfort of the villa."

Tammy from New Orleans, LA had this to say:
"I'm very particular about vacation rentals and this place was wonderful! These beautiful condos were like a home away from home. A great place to go after long days in the theme parks. All the conveniences of home which was very nice. The best part about it was we didn't have to cram into a small hotel room and we could enjoy some meals away from high resturant prices. The washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. We will definately return on future trips to Disney. "

Lisa from Clarksville, Tennessee had this to say:
"This place is awesome. Stayed in a 3 bedroom condo with my 17 year old son, sister, her husband and two children. Plenty of room. Washer and dryers in room was a plus. Always have laundry on vacation. The place is clean and the grounds have a beautiful view. At night, you can see the disney fireworks. Loved this place. Well worth the money."

Irene Doyle from Pooler, Georgia had this to say:
"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in the 3 bedroom unit. We had everything we needed at our disposal. The grounds were very well kept and service was very good. We had a small problem with the dishwasher and they were very fast to fix it. We are thinking of staying here again next year and would highly recommend it to our friends."

lynn from aston, pa had this to say:
"We stayed at Caribe Cove 9/6-9/10. Very nice place. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom condo. The place was practically brand new. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Near the parks and several restaurants. Nice fitness room (could use an elliptical) and coffee daily. The pool was a little small but otherwise this place was great."

A Recent Traveler from Toronto, Ontario had this to say:
"Caribe Cove Resort far exceeded my expectations. Its massive 3 bedroom suite was new, clean and beautifully decorated. The pool area and grounds were well maintained and we enjoyed swimming late into the evening. The staff were always present and quite obliging. It was a great holiday to say the least."

P. Blanchette from Bourbonnais, Illinois had this to say:
"We just returned from our trip and Caribe Cove was more than we ever could have hoped for!!! The condos were gorgeous and immaculate. The pool and grounds were beautiful. The master suite was incredible. We loved the patio and enjoyed the quiet surroundings as we sat around the table outdoors to chat. It was above and beyond any expectations we had. Thank you for the fresh coffee and cookies in the club house. We will recommend Caribe Cove to all that go south to enjoy sunshine and Disney!!!"

Dennis Mac from west palm beach, FL had this to say:
"I've stayed here twice in the past 6 months, both times were amazing. I've stayed in both the 2 and 3 bedroom units and definitely prefer the 3 bedroom setup over the 2. The master bathroom is much more spacious and luxurious in the 3 bedroom unit. Other than that they're basically the same. BE SURE TO TIP THE MAID! (I make this a habit every place I stay. It really saves you from BS fees if you forget to do something and those people work very hard to make the rooms clean and they deserve a treat if your room was up to par on arrival) Get an envelope from the front desk and put it on the counter before you check out. I had over 100 dollars in missing towels and a replacement tea pot charge from my first stay here... I did not take any towels or even use the tea pot.. I contacted management and they did not resolve the issue. I probably could of gotten it taken off, but I honestly don't care that much about $100 because of the value and quality of the units they offer. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I've stayed at many 5 star resorts in the Orlando area and this is by far the nicest."

Robert Ross from Pineville, NC had this to say:
"Very Beautiful Facility! This is a quite resort as it is not on the map literally! You will want to have directions as it is not in the GPS system as of the 10-30-07. With 1650 sq ft of space, this 3 bedroom facility is fit for the most discriminating of guest. Gated Resort with an Occupied Guard House with 24 hr security. Be aware that there is a $65.00 + tax cleaning fee and a $200.00 Security Deposit Required at time of check in. This is close to the WDW parks and downtown Disney with many choices of restaurants and entertainment. Godfathers Pizza is less than one mile on the left on Hwy 192. Too many features to list....but this is a 5 out of 5 stars resort."
