"This hotel has a very good location from restaurant and parks, Downtown Disney and attractions. Other than that, we were there for nine nights and the cleanliness of the rooms was far from our expectations. The rug was vacuumed and the sheets were changed once in a nine-day stay. They didn’t come through to clean the room every day and I had to go to the front counter and ask them to provide towels and bathroom supplies. I called and spoke to the operator to advise that no one in housekeeping ever answers the phone and the rug looks like it has never been cleaned. They have better security than cleanliness."
