A Recent Traveler from Maple Grove, MN had this to say:
"We just got back from Disney World. We had a few problems checking in. We had requested two joining rooms. We checked in after midnight. The person working the desk wrote the wrong room number on one set of keys. After walking all the way to our first room, we realized that one set of keys did not work and that the rooms were far apart. This hotel is HUGE. To get from one place to another is a challenge with six large bags and three tired kids! My kids and I waited (at 1:00 am) for my husband to go all the way back to the office to find out what happened. She issued another set of keys for the room she wrote down. After 15 min., my husband returned to tell me that we didn't have joining rooms and that the woman had made a mistake when she told us our rooms were together. The room keys still did not work! I went to the office and left my husband with the kids. The office double checked, and it turned out that we did have joining rooms, but the girl that checked us in wrote the wrong room number on the keys. How frustrating! After that ordeal, everything went pretty smooth. The customer service was not that great. Most of the employees were not very friendly, almost to the point of rude. The rooms were good. We had one of the farthest rooms from the pool, but that was expected because we booked late. The maid service was great. The office was far. It was very difficult to tell which building was ours, and we were constantly getting lost. It became a game to see if we could go right to the room without making a mistake. They key is, to not engage in conversation while returning to your room! The shuttle to and from the airport was great! Everything went smoothly. The shuttles to the theme parks were a bit slow, sometimes more than 30 minutes. I still think that we had one of the best shuttle services, though. The shuttles only serviced four stops at Coronado Springs. All in all, we would stay here again. "
