This two bedroom/two bath spacious town home can accommodate up to 4 people. Some of the amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, TV, VCR or DVD and washer and dryers inside each unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed and two twin beds in the second bedroom. These town homes are located in a gated community off Highway 192 just a mile away from Walt Disney World. You will have access to a large lagoon-style pool, children's playground, fitness center, sand volleyball court, tennis court, and clubhouse. All reservations for less than 6 nights are subject to a one time departure cleaning fee of $75 to be paid at time of check-in.
Three Bedroom pet friendly screened pool homes . Includes full kitchen, and living area, master bedroom with queen bed. Additional bedrooms are equipped with twin beds or double beds. "We stayed in the 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom and pool home and we could not believe how clean and convenient it was! Now that we have stayed here, I can't think of ant other place I would stay in Orlando. The pool was clean and we loved having a full kitchen and washer and dryer. This is a very nice location in an upscale, quiet neighborhood that is gated. It is only 15 minutes from Disney and 30 from Universal. Everything you would need is right down the road. Highly recommended!"

"Just came back from Orlando and all I have is great reviews. The cleanliness and quality of this 4 bedroom home was amazing! My husband, kids and I felt at home. The home was in a great location and had everything you needed from washer and dryer to dish washer. I would recommend to anyone to stay here! We went in March and though the weather is warm the only thing I would recommend is to pay the extra $ to have the pool heated. Great place and will be booking again next year for a longer stay!!!"

HOWEVER THE PLACE WE STAYED AT WAS A 6 BEDROOOM POOL HOME AND IT WAS GREAT..THE ROOMS WERE VERY BIG VERY CLEAN THE ONLY THING I WOULD CONSIDER IS FOR THE HOME OWNS TO LEAVE A VACUM, BUT OTHER THAT THAT WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND THE PRICE WAS WELL WORTH EVER PENNY!!!! I AM FOR SHORE GONNA BE THERE AGAIN !!"

Check-in Center: Exit Orlando International Airport and follow signs for SR-417 South (The Greenway) toll road towards Orlando. Follow this road, until you see a bridge. Stay to your right. Turn right on SR-417 South (The Greenway) to I-4/Disney. Please note: The 417 is a toll road. Take SR-417 to Exit 2-Celebration Turn right off of the Celebration Exit and continue 1 mile to Highway 192. Turn left onto Highway 192 heading West for approximately 9 miles. Pass Summerbay Resort, and look for Summerbay Shopping Center on your right anchored by a Publix Supermarket. Turn right onto Towncenter Boulevard and make a left into the Publix parking lot. The Amstar Hospitality Center is located two suites to the right of the Publix Supermarket. 17445 US HWY 192 Suite 13 Summer Bay Shopping Center Clermont, FL 34714.
From Sanford International Airport:
Check-in Center: Follow the signs for Airport Exit/417 (The Greenway)-Orlando Attractions from the Airport At the traffic light, turn right on Lake Mary Boulevard. Look for signs for 417 South-The Greenway. Pass through 2 stop lights and go underneath the 417 Bridge (flyover) Take your next left onto 417 South-The Greenway, Toll Road. Please note: The 417 is a toll road. Continue on 417 South for approximately 45 miles unit you reach Exit # 2-Celebration. Turn right off of the Celebration Exit and continue 1 mile to Highway 192.
