"Overall, the hotel was great, the only complaint that I have was that the bathroom was entirely to small."

Joe from Jamestown, PA had this to say:
"My family and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Main Gate East in June and had a great experience. Booking the hotel on this website was easy and the photos really depict what a great hotel this is. We were pleasantly surprised to see how kid friendly the hotel is. Our kids loved outdoor pool, kids` theater, playground, and air hockey in the game room. Our room was spacious, and two queen beds were very comfortable. We had breakfast buffet in the cafe each morning and it was excellent. Since my children were under 12 years old, they ate free. What a deal! We cannot wait to go back to our new home away from home!"

Kevin from Gainesville, FL had this to say:
"My overall trip was fine. My girlfriend and I stayed two nights, Thursday and Friday and enjoyed Disney on Friday. The room was comfortable aside from my pillows. There was also a receipt from January 2009 under the bed, I stayed in March 2009 and there was a pile of cigarette butts on the balcony and we don't smoke. I don't recall if it was a non-smoking room but it shows the level of detail by the cleaning crew. There was a big baseball tournament going on in town that weekend as well and the hotel was busy Friday night but I wasn't disturbed at all during the night. The pool and hot tub were packed Friday night. The free breakfast I received by booking through Bookit.com was adequate but for 2 bucks plus tax you can upgrade to include eggs and meats. Finally, the 4.95 hotel fee is a nuisance but you can save $0.75 a day on checkout if you tell the front desk you didn't read the USA Today paper that is provided. Also, FYI, I didn't know this but that hotel (and probably the county) charges a 13% tax on everything so the 4.95 fee is 5.58 after tax. The location to the Disney parks is very convienient, there are also a bunch of restuarants around the area. Overall the stay is fine if you do not plan on spending much time at the hotel. "

A Recent Traveler from Panama City Beach, FL had this to say:
"I booked a 3 night stay at the Holiday Inn Maingate East in Kissimmee through BookIt.com and I have to say, I was really impressed. My husband and I and our two daughters headed down for a relaxing long weekend and we were expecting a run of the mill, average hotel, nothing special. The Holiday Inn exceeded our expectations and we would return in a heartbeat. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help, the front desk manager even personally saw to it that we got on the free transportation to the parks, and ran back inside to get us a schedule for our return. Our room was super clean, with great amenities and a really comfortable bed. The girls even had their own bunk beds! The whole experience was really fun and the Holiday Inn provided us with a great home base to return to after our time in the parks! Would absolutely recommend!"
