Regal Palms Resort at Highlands Reserve has gone to great lengths to create the ultimate vacation rental environment combining family fun, romance, resort activities and relaxation all into one fully contained resort. Situated adjacent to the prestigious Highlands Reserve golf club, Regal Palms Resort is located just outside Orlando, introducing a unique Orlando experience and just minutes away from all the fun and excitement of the popular Orlando area attractions. The spacious Townhomes have a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. Each home has a living/dining area with spacious bedrooms and private baths (roman tub in master). There is also a balcony or patio area.
A 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with two heated pools, lazy river, waterfalls, and water slide surround the clubhouse. Additional recreational facilities include children's play area, sunbathing terraces, spas, a poolside tiki bar with music, gymnasium and health club with sauna and steam room. The resort features a Day Spa which offers manicures, pedicures, facials, sunless tanning and massage treatments. In addition, the resort offers a 24 hour business center with internet cafe, game room, and sports pub, which broadcasts sporting events from around the world.The on-site restaurant gives the option to dine indoors or outside on the veranda where the dress code is relaxed. A take-out menu for the pool area is also available.

"I requested a VIP town home and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the unit was. It was clean, roomy, beautiful furniture, and exactly what I was looking for. I paid the same for a standard town home, but got a nicer unit. I loved everything about the resort. The food wasn't the best I've ever had, but was certainly good value and was great for convenience. The pool was incredible. Great location to everything. I would recommend it to anybody. They are renovating the resort, and everybody was so pleasant to deal with."

From Orlando International Airport
Take 528 West (Beachline Expressway) for
approximately 8 miles to I-4 West. Continue on I-4 West for another 8 miles. Exit onto Highway 192 West (Exit Number 64B) and
travel approximately 9 miles to Highway 27.
Take Highway 27 South approximately 2 miles to Sand Mine Road (Note: Berry Town Center - Publix Shopping Plaza will be on your right). Turn right on Sand Mine Road.
Entrance to Resort is located on the right at 2700 Sand Mine Road.
From Orlando Sanford International Airport
Follow signs to I-4 West and continue towards Disney area (approximately 30 miles). Exit onto Highway 192 West (Exit Number 64B) and travel approximately 9 miles to Highway 27. Take Highway 27 South approximately 2 miles to Sand Mine Road (Note: Berry Town Center - Publix
