"Rooms were smaller but new and comfortable . The front desk staff should be trained to be more efficient and a little more interested in their guest pool/bar staff was more than great). still seemed to have some amount of construction pending including upon arrival viewing a row(15 to 20) recently removed toilets in the parking lot.Not the best first impression.Overall we enjoyed our stay and shuttle service to the parks was very efficient."

"The outside of the hotel and the main building look great, but for the discount rate they stuck us in the back by the construction that went past 11pm and started by 8am. The room had an outside door and seemed like a 2 star hotel or less. The cleaning staff left our door open all day until we got home at 10pm. Luckily, nothing was stolen. The employees were apologetic and treated us to a free breakfast in the main hotel which is where their 3 1/2 star rating must come from. This room was probably worth $49 a night, the bathroom was seriously small. They also charge us $12.50 a night not listed on the website for some resort fee. Some resort!! I have stayed in a lot of places and this was a terrible experience."

Exit the Orlando International Airport onto SR 436.
Take Route 528 (the BeeachLine Expressway) heading West towards Orlando.
Go to the end of the BeachLine Expressway and take I-4 towards Tampa.
Go to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista).
At the bottom of the ramp, turn right at the traffic light.
Proceed to the next traffic light and turn left onto Hotel Plaza Boulevard.
The Regal Sun Resort is the last hotel on the right before the Downtown Disney Area Resort area.
