"This hotel is very run down. It took us three rooms and getting a manager involved to get a decent room. The door still rattled when completely closed & didn't have a safety latch and one of the sinks didn't work. Other occupants that we talked to had similar complaints (air conditioning didn't work, no microwave, beds uncomfortable). This is not the place to stay!!!"

"If you come to this hotel, ONLY stay in the Deluxe (North) Tower. We originally booked a standard room. It was filthy and had a dirty motel room smell to it. The sheets were dirty and the toilet had ring around the bowl. We upgraded to a deluxe room, and it was worth the extra cost. It seemed like another world in the north tower."
