"My wife and I travel worldwide and have never in our lives experienced such poor service from the front desk staff (3 individuals all at different times). They were rude and unwilling to accomodate. The hotel 'deluxe' continental breakfast is a joke - toast and cereal does not meet the standards of a true deluxe breakfast. Housekeeping did not make up our room and the front desk staff. Furthermore, the front desk charge an additional fee of $8 per day for services we never needed or used or received...i.e. they couldn't even supply us a newspaper yet it is part of the fee. WE WOULD NEVER...NEVER....NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SO-CALLED-HOTEL. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT SERVICE IS ABOUT."

And most of all very close to the parks and other attractions without being on the main thoroughfare.
Price was right and would definitively stay here again"

Take 528 (Beeline Toll Expressway) west to merge onto Westbound I-4 (Tampa). Exit I-4 at Osceola Parkway (Exit 65) and proceed east to International Drive. Turn right at International Drive (Gaylord Palms will be on your right). Go straight to light at US 192 and turn right. Continue on US 192 through two lights and at third light (Parkway Blvd.) turn right. Follow Parkway Blvd. until the cul-de-sac, where you will see The Palms Hotel Maingate East.
