"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn`t know what to expect because we booked at a special rate. Hotel is old but clean and has lots of amenities. Great location. Great for families. We will stay again. I would have liked bigger beds though."

"We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. It is a little old and outdated, but the room was very clean and staff was extremely nice. My family of 4 stayed the weekend of the 4th of July, so the hotel was full, as were all the hotels on the strip. Lots of young college kids were partying at night, but it wasn't so much that we couldn't sleep. We saw many families staying as well. The kitchen in our room smelled of a college dorm and stale beer but, like I said, everything was clean and it had all the amenities we needed to cook. We had to go to the front desk to get new towels and we couldn't get new ones without taking our dirty ones, but it wasn't a big deal. The rooms are small, but it's a great bargain for the money. We were right on the beach on the bottom floor, so all we had to do was to walk out our door onto the beach. Fireworks were great as well. I definitely recommend Beachbreak for anyone on a limited budget, wanting to stay right on the beach."
