Atlantamommy from Atlanta, GA had this to say:
"This hotel may have just o.k ratings, but I thought it was great. I'm a little bit of a 'hotel snob' and this hotel was just fine! The service was great, love the free breakfast and I'm so glad that we had a beach view. It's located between Pineapple Willies and Club La Vela, so our daytime and night-time was within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will hopefully return soon!"

Theresa from Prattville, Alabama had this to say:
"This hotel has seen its better days. In saying that, I knew what I was getting in to by reading what others had said. It was not shiny and clean, far from it, there were hairs all over the bath room. It looked like they had mopped over the dirt. The shower curtain was a bit slimy and had hair on it. Yuck. We didn't see any bugs or crawly things like someone had written. I wanted a cheap room on the beach. That’s what I got. The back of the property was quite nice with a beautiful boardwalk and the best sea view. The two pools on the property were nice. My 10 yr. old stayed in them and met friends. She even said “Mommy, we didn't stay in the room long anyways.” If you want a cheap stay with a million dollar view, give it a try."

Sandy Baskerville from Atlanta, GA had this to say:
"The hotel was fine (but not a resort, just a hotel), breakfast was good but only go to this hotel if you like lots of young people. We were there from April 6-8, 2009 and I don't think anyone there was over 25 (except us) so there was quite a bit of noise and pool parties. It really didn't bother us since we went for the beach and ocean anyway. Staff was nice and very helpful. "

Katelyn from Anniston, AL had this to say:
"We went to this hotel on August the 3rd.
We arrived at 6am and they gave us a room. The room was clean and really pretty, but later in the afternoon we needed more towels so we called the front desk once and they said they would bring towels but they never
did. So later on we called again
we got the same response and again they didnt bring any. So close to night time we called around 2 to 3 more times but we never did get any. Then the next day the maid came but was so unfriendlly . My chilodren went and asked him while he was in another room if he could give them at least 2 towels cause i was in the shower, and he said no wait till I go to your room. So those days we had to let dry the towels so we could take a shower and dry ourselves. Then on the last day we woke up earlie in the morning to go to the beach but we accidentlie left all the cardes to get in our room inside, so my son went to the front dewsk to ask for another one but they told him hge had to have an adult with him so he came down to the beach to get me so we could go and opick up the extra card. Thenlater on that day when we went to check out there was lots of people in the check out line because there was 2 family reunions so we waited to be checked out. O but I didnt tell you that they dont have free breakfast. The breakfast that we bought cost 20 dollars and they were not really good so the other days we had to go out for breakfast because there rooms only have a microwave and a mini fridge. But what we did like was that on Friday night they had an entertainment on the beach for families. We might go again but we are not sure because of the bad maid service . But who knows."
