"This motel was somewhat clean, but not much worked: iron, elevator, pop machines, washer & dryer. This was not a very good experience. "

Steve from Crawfordville, FL had this to say:
"I've read many reviews on this from many travel outlets. My personal experience was all good on both my stays. My last stay was just a few days ago for a five day stay just before TS. Fay landed there. There was an elevator out dew the rains prior to the storm but within a day it was up and running. The rooms are tiled so if your looking for carpet stay away. The a/c was cold and the view and walk (steps) to the gulf were superb. I would suggest the upgrade to the micro/fridge which is in the newer section and much larger room. The waterfall pool is just NEAT to enjoy ...hot tub not all the great. Service for us was within minutes of requests. All staff was EXCELLENT,TIMELY and Courteous. I'm Planning another trip in Sept. with the kids. Can't BEAT the price right now! It's not TOP SHELF or TOP DOLLAR but TOP BUDGET!!"

Jazmtine Reynolds from Atlanta, GA had this to say:
"Where do I start? This place is kind of gross. The elevator was out so I had to walk about 2 blocks to my room. I had to take an elevator that was on a different halway then walk all the way around. This was about 10 minutes. The room was pretty gross. Crud on the light fixtures. The place is just really old and run down. Like an old home that hasn't been maintained at all. It may not kill you to stay here, but I wouldn't recommend it at all unless you have no other choice on earth. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Where the ice machines were there was rust and black/brown water running all over the place... all down the halls."
