This property is located on the beach in Perdido Key. Minutes from Pensacola. This breath-taking high rise resort features an incredible tropical pool with waterfall, a children's water play area, fitness center, social club, theater, covered parking and gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This magnificent new high-rise is directly on the Gulf of Mexico, and within walking distance to more than 8 miles of unspoiled nature preserve offering 2 & 3 bedroom gulf-front units with spectacular vistas and luxurious interior extras, including cultured marble in baths, garden tubs with whirlpool, ceramic tile, washer/dryer and some units with wet bars. Recreational activities abound, such as fresh water and deep-sea fishing, canoeing, swimming, diving, surfing, camping, hiking and tubing.

    From Destin
    Travel west on Hwy 98 through Ft Walton, Navarre & Gulf Breeze. Cross the Pensacola 3 Mile Bridge & remain in the left lane on Bayfront Pkwy. The road changes names to Main St. Continue on Main St for approx 1 mile. At the stop light, turn left on Barrancas & travel 2 miles. Barrancas will change names to Gulf Beach Hwy then to Sorrento Rd and finally to Perdido Key Dr. Cross the continue approx 2 miles. Windemere will be on your left.
