The Royal Orleans was newly renovated in 2006. This property truly captures the quaint setting of old New Orleans, the rustic courtyard and the beautiful landscaping provide the perfect setting for a relaxing day by the pool. Across the street from the Beach Area.

This great central location provides easy access to a wide selection of activities including water sports, fishing at the Redington long pier, shopping and much more. The beach trolley comes by every half hour and is a great affordable way to take in the sights around our amazing beaches and downtown attractions. World famous John’s Pass Village is a great place to start your adventure where you can enjoy a wide variety of dining, whether you’re looking for casual fare or fine cuisine there is something to please everyone’s pallet.

    From Tampa International Airport to check-in location:
    Guests must check in at Condos by Sirata, 18131 Gulf Boulevard, Redington Shores, FL.
    Follow airport exit signs to I-275 south.
    Continue south on I-275 to Exit 28 (FL 694/Gandy Blvd/Pinellas Park).
    Take Exit 28 and turn right (west).
    FL 694 will turn into Park Blvd and continue west to Gulf Blvd.
    Turn left and go south on Gulf Blvd to 182nd Avenue.
    Turn left on 182nd Avenue and take the first right into the parking lot.
