With 307 guestrooms and suites on six floors, the Holiday Inn Athens is the largest hotel in Athens. This location is conveniently located within walking distance of the University of Georgia, historic downtown Athens and the Classic Center. Local tennis, golfing and shopping are all within 3 miles. Athens Airport is approximately four miles; Atlanta International Airport is 70 miles away.

The hotel features four types of accommodations; standard accommodations in the Southern Courtyard and Central Tower, and deluxe accommodations in the North and Executive towers. A private concierge level breakfast room is available in the North and Executive towers featuring a deluxe continental breakfast. All rooms include hair dryers, iron and ironing boards, coffee makers, dual telephones with voice mail, work desks with data ports in the desk lamp for easy Internet access, free local calls, guest laundry and free parking.

Full conference services are available with 16 meeting rooms for groups up to 375. Hotel amenities include 24-hour front desk service, express check in/out, complimentary parking, a large indoor pool and whirlpool, sundeck, exercise facilities, restaurant and lounge. Complimentary local airport shuttle service is available.
