It is highly recommended that guests rent a car. One complimentary parking stall is available for each unit on site.

Front desk hours: 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily. Anyone expecting to arrive after that time should call the office at (808) 886-0036 on the day of arrival for directions.

To the Guest Registration Office from Keahole Kona Airport:

  • From Keahole Kona Airport, turn left on Highway 19.
  • Drive North about 17 miles and turn left at the traffic light onto Waikoloa Beach Drive.
  • At the second stop sign, turn right into Kings Shops and park.
  • Go to the center of the mall where you will find a stage.
  • Across from the stage is an elevator (located next to Tiffanys). Take it to the second floor.
  • The front desk is located in Suite B13 marked Outrigger Condominium Collection.
  • Guest registration hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
  • For after hour arrivals please call (808) 886-0036 for instructions on the day of your arrival.
