Country Inn & Suites Elgin is located at the intersection of I-90 and Randall Road, about 45 minutes east of downtown Chicago, and approximately 20 miles from Chicago O'Hare International Airport. The hotel is near the main business district, six miles from golf and skiing at Villa Olivia, and eight miles from Grand Victoria Casino. The Train Station is five miles from the hotel.

Hotel amenities include indoor pool, whirlpool, exercise room, meeting space, free weekday newspapers, and a complimentary daily breakfast. Cookies, coffee, and fresh fruit are available in the lobby 24 hours. The hotel is adjacent to Jimmy's Charhouse Restaurant.

All rooms feature free local calls, irons and ironing boards, and hairdryers.
