"Although I have been to New Orleans many times before, nothing compared to the trip that me and my boyfriend took when our best friends from college got married. It was so much fun seeing all of our friends again and the best part was eating Nathans hot dogs at 3am! Oh, the hotel was very nice too! Actually, the hotel was magnificent. The rooms were perfect and the staff was very attentive. I would definitely return to New Orleans. "

"My friends and I stayed at the Ambassador in December 2009. Although it isn't in the French Quarter, the walk to Bourbon St. was not that bad. The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice, but you should request an exterior room because the interior rooms have no windows and are dark. The only problem we encountered was the late night valet service. My friends had gone out and came in around 4:30 and the valet never took the car to the parking lot, so there was a ticket on his car. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and we will definitely return."

"I stayed at the Ambassador for one night. Upon check-in, there was someone waiting outside to assist with our luggage. We were treated like royalty from the second we stepped out of our vehicle. The Staff were so friendly. We were able to walk safely to Harrah's Casino and the Riverwalk. This hotel is in a great area. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Ambassador! From the moment we checked in, we were treated like royalty by the staff. We had two Double-King Rooms, both of which overlooked the Piazza D'Italia. The rooms are exactly as the pictures portray them. Lovely exposed brick and hardwood floors throughout the property. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were simply amazing! The location is perfect, only a few blocks to The Quarter and Riverwalk. Overall, the Ambassador is a gem! We will definitely be returning soon!"
